Khalid Mustafa is a popular figure in the law enforcement agencies. He is often asked to identify whether corruption has occurred in government projects.

As the publisher of the book Consolidation of Presidential Decree Number 54 of 2010 and its amendments as well as Presidential Regulation Number 16 of 2016 Concerning Government Procurement of Goods/ Services, it certainly did not take long for Khalid to elaborate on the legal details of government procurement of goods/services.

Apart from being called on as an expert giving information on a case, Khalid is often called on as an expert in drafting regulations and taking preventive actions in a procurement project. Apart from being a co-founder and partner at Trion law fir, Khalid is one of the founders of the Indonesian Procurement Study Center (P3I).
